You can reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice at no charge; late cancellations or no-shows are treated as a session. Completed sessions aren’t refundable; unused package sessions can be paused or rescheduled within the 3-6 month window. If something urgent comes up, email us and we’ll find a fair solution.
